By using our website, contacting us, or engaging Aavishkruti Solutions for any service or product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Aavishkruti Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provides custom software development, CRM services, web and app development, UI/UX design, cloud and DevOps, and AI automation services. We also develop and license software products including Unnati ERP, SETU WhatsApp CRM, and ScrapeZero.

• Service engagements are governed by separate project agreements or statements of work.
• Product usage (Unnati, SETU, ScrapeZero) is subject to individual product licence agreements provided at the time of onboarding.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or product offering at any time with reasonable notice.

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, code, and design — is the property of Aavishkruti Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
• Work produced for clients under a service agreement becomes the client's property upon full payment, as defined in the relevant project agreement.
• Our in-house products (Unnati, SETU, ScrapeZero) and their underlying code remain the intellectual property of Aavishkruti at all times.

When engaging our services, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely project information, feedback, and approvals.
• Ensuring they have the right to share any content, data, or materials provided to Aavishkruti.
• Maintaining confidentiality of any login credentials or access provided during a project.
• Paying invoices within the agreed payment terms as outlined in the project agreement.

Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements or product subscription plans.

• Deposits or upfront payments may be required before work commences.
• Late payments may result in work being paused until outstanding invoices are settled.
• All fees are quoted in the agreed currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refund eligibility is determined by the terms outlined in your project or product agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aavishkruti Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or products.

Our total liability in connection with any service or product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service or product in the preceding three months.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a business engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project or agreement.

Our services and products may integrate with or depend on third-party platforms (e.g. HubSpot, AWS, WhatsApp Business API). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of those third-party services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
